About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Parking Services team as a Parking Services Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic and guests to and from our events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate parking areas to ensure optimal utilization and maintain safety of all guests and exiting guests.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage traffic flow and parking to allow access for emergency vehicles.
  • Collect payment from guests when required.
  • Maintain knowledge of the facility and event, providing directions to guests.
  • Assist with clean-up of debris from parking lots as needed.
  • Utilize hand signals and lights to direct guests into open spots.
  • Position and move barricades, cones, and signage as needed.
  • Manage and resolve guest questions while providing excellent customer service.
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding guest violations or suspicious activity.
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to walk and stand for entire shift and lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license required for operating rental vehicles and/or golf carts.
