HealthTrust Workforce Solution External is seeking a skilled travel nurse to join their team as an Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced ICU RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care and be able to work effectively in a team setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as an ICU RN
- Current ACLS, BLS, and Stroke certifications
- NIHSS certification within the first week of employment
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, days and nights
