About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Spectrum Ventures. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machining centers, programming and optimizing CNC programs, and producing high-precision components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain CNC machining centers, including 3-axis and 5-axis machines
  • Program and optimize CNC programs to ensure efficient and accurate production
  • Produce high-precision components using CNC milling technology
  • Perform administrative tasks, including creating work documents and maintaining records
Requirements
  • Completed training as a machining, tool, or precision mechanic
  • Professional experience in milling technology and CNC machining
  • Strong knowledge of CNC milling principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing priorities
