We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Cleaning and Maintenance Technician to join our team at ABM Industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment for employees and visitors.
  • Clean and maintain carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Dust furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights, and blinds to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment.
  • Empty wastebaskets and clean windows and restrooms to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
