We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the SAP S/4 transformation initiative at NBCUniversal. As a Director of Controllership, you will play a critical role in driving the finance digital transformation from design to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic thinking and input based on subject matter expertise for next-generation ERP finance solutions.
  • Interface with finance teams, SAP S/4 Core Team, and System Integrator to capture and analyze business processes, workflows, policies, and master data elements.
  • Translate business needs into fit-to-standard business process design of SAP S/4 solutions.
  • Participate in workshops and sessions around code block, business process analysis, process re-engineering, and value chain analysis.
  • Serve as a change agent to SAP S/4 transformation and assist finance teams with change management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, with 5+ years in the media industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in an SAP ecosystem, preferably in a Studios Group area.
  • Demonstrated understanding of SAP business processes, agile project management, and change management.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $125,000-170,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible).
  • Hybrid work arrangement, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
  • Company-sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, and tuition reimbursement.
