Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Bakery Production Worker to join our team. This role involves rotating through various tasks in a fast-paced production setting, including filling, wrapping, and packaging bakery products while strictly adhering to food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the continuous production line operations.
  • Rotate through various duties such as operating the filler machine, wrapper machine, packing boxes, and stacking boxes.
  • Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality and quantity standards are met.
  • Promptly report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor or manager.
  • Understand and comply with all safety protocols relevant to daily operations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following established safety policies and procedures.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards guests, clients, and co-workers.
  • Adhere to Aramark and OSHA safety regulations, including proper food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Safeguard company and client assets.

Qualifications

Preferred: Previous experience in bakery production or a related field.
Knowledge: Familiarity with bakery production methods and standards, as well as food safety regulations including proper handling, sanitation, and storage.
Certification: Ability to obtain a food safety certification.
Skills: Basic math and counting abilities.
Physical Requirements: This role involves repetitive motions with hands and arms and requires the ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.

This position may entail physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
