Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team at The Barn Resort. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing the preparation of food, maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, and ensuring high standards of quality during busy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the total set up and ensure cooks are stocked with necessary supplies
  • Prepare and cook food to high standards
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and its equipment
  • Comply with food-handling, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Work cooperatively with staff and guests to provide a positive dining experience
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards of quality
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
