Position Overview

The Retail Customer Service Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring outstanding customer experiences by working closely with the Operations Supervisor. Key Responsibilities

Essential Duties

  • Complete all required training modules provided by the company.
  • Engage actively with customers on the sales floor to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Assist in designated areas for children as needed.
  • Support the team in meeting company standards for training and operational procedures.
  • Address guest concerns, manage returns, and process discounts efficiently.
  • Execute cash office operations in accordance with company standards.
  • Implement a self-audit process aligned with Asset Protection protocols.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with management at all levels.
  • Adapt to a dynamic work environment, particularly during weekends and holidays.
Qualifications

Education and Experience: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates should have at least 1 year of retail experience involving customer interaction and 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume setting.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.

Compensation Overview

The salary range for this position is $21.50 per hour, reflecting factors such as education, experience, skills, and market alignment. Adjustments to pay may occur based on market conditions, skill sets, and budget considerations.
