Key Responsibilities:
- Provide orientation to programs for patients, families, and caregivers
- Coordinate educational efforts for patients, families, and caregivers
- Ensure the execution of the patient's treatment plan
- Document assessment findings thoroughly
- Accountable for fostering positive patient interactions
Required Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in the state; BSN is preferred
- A minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting, with preference for candidates with case management or critical care experience
- Preferred certification in case management or utilization review
- Experience with InterQual is preferred
Work Schedule:
- Per Diem colleagues are expected to work at least five shifts within a four-week period
- Availability for weekend and holiday shifts is required
- Full-time orientation and training are mandatory
