Senior Training Analyst

Job Summary

SAIC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Training Analyst to join our team in developing, directing, and evaluating training programs for our clients. This role requires a strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and training delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs to meet client learning objectives, including needs analysis, course design, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality training content, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their training needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, and at least 6 years of experience in training and development.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering high-quality training programs that meet client learning objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and subject matter experts.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to deliver training programs and meet with clients.
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a SECRET clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Experience with training management systems and learning management systems.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
