Service Advisor Job Description

Transteck, Inc is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at our Freightliner of Lebanon dealership in Jonestown, PA. As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact between our customers and our service shop, responsible for selling our services, conducting visual safety inspections, and ensuring all customer needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Sell our services to customers, including conducting visual safety inspections and ensuring all customer needs are met.
  • Work closely with our service team to ensure all customer needs are addressed.
Requirements:
  • One year of experience in service roles, sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
