Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CT/XR Technologist to join our team at Truman Medical Centers. As a CT/XR Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) and radiography (XR) equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT and XR equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Position patients correctly and safely for imaging procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of imaging procedures and results
  • Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and department efficiency
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; graduation from an AMA-approved radiologic technology program preferred
  • Registered in good standing with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and board certified in a specialty
  • Minimum of 1 year CT tech experience in an acute setting preferred
  • BCLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
