Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering personal care and hygiene assistance as required, including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, and toileting support
  • Helping with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and providing transportation for appointments and errands
  • Supporting clients with mobility exercises as outlined in their care plan and reporting any changes to the Director of Nursing
Qualifications:
  • Completion of a certified Home Health Aide training program
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current CPR certification, negative TB test or chest x-ray, and up-to-date physical examination
  • Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, as required by client mobility needs
