We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Physical Rehabilitation team at Northwest Medical Center - Springdale. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate assigned patients and develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
  • Promote patients' independence by establishing care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
Requirements
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Requires an associate's degree and is certified as a registered nurse. Prefer Bachelors degree in Nursing.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
