As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in post-acute facilities in the Warren, RI area. Our flexible scheduling allows you to choose the shifts and facilities that best fit your needs, giving you the autonomy to manage your work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement resident care plans
  • Monitor and document resident vital signs and health concerns
  • Administer medications and monitor their effects
  • Participate in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures

Requirements:

  • Current Rhode Island state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of experience (LPN or similar role)
