As an Automotive Technician, your role will involve diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and rectify vehicle malfunctions, including engine troubles, brake systems, transmissions, and electrical components.
- Conduct regular maintenance activities such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid inspections.
- Examine vehicles to detect potential problems and suggest necessary repairs or replacements.
- Engage with clients to clarify vehicle issues and offer repair suggestions.
- Keep precise records of services rendered and parts utilized.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in automotive technology and repair methodologies.
- Maintain a tidy and secure working environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in automotive technology is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience as an automotive technician, with a comprehensive understanding of vehicle systems and repair methods.
- Skilled in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
