We provide extensive training for our Technicians who deliver essential services to our clients daily. The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Complete our award-winning paid training program and acquire the skills necessary to manage a pest control service route.
  • Adhere to a scheduled route within the designated area, ensuring timely and safe visits to each client.
  • Operate a company vehicle responsibly and maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
  • Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that align with their pest management needs.
  • Act as a problem solver for clients by utilizing the comprehensive training provided to determine the most effective pest solutions.
  • Complete all necessary service-related documentation and utilize your handheld device for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:
Requirements:

The hiring process includes a background check of conviction and arrest records, conducted in compliance with all state and local laws. Candidates will have the opportunity to clarify and rectify background information. Applicants must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following duties with or without accommodations:

  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, confined areas, rooftops, etc., safely.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Strong work history.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the field with strong organizational skills.
