Field Access Role
Syneos Health Careers is seeking a skilled Therapeutic Area Manager to join our field access team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing defined accounts in a specified geographic region within the cardiac therapeutic area. Key responsibilities include:
• Executing the collaborative territory strategic plan through partnership with internal and external stakeholders
• Providing live one-on-one coverage support to customers
• Communicating payer changes to key stakeholders in a timely manner
• Educating offices on access processes, including formulary coverage/utilization management criteria, insurance forms & procedures, benefits investigation, prior authorization, appeal, and/or claims resolution
• Reviewing patient-specific information in reimbursement cases where the office has specifically requested assistance in resolving access issue or coverage challenge

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years' experience in public or private third-party reimbursement arena or pharmaceutical industry in managed care, clinical support, or sales, and experience with specialty/biologic products.
