Piedmont Medical Center seeks a skilled Perinatal Nurse Specialist to join our team in a full-time rotating position. This opportunity offers a competitive salary of $92,500 to $140,000 per year, based on experience.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide direct patient care to include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of assigned patients. As a collaborative member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which they reside. A BLS certification is required, with NRP and ACLS certifications obtained within the orientation period. An AWHONN Fetal Monitoring course completion is also expected during the orientation period.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with one year of maternal/child experience are preferred for this role.
