Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at LLA Therapy. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting evaluations, designing treatment plans, and providing therapy to patients with communication disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations on assigned patients to assess their communication needs.
- Design individualized treatment plans to address the unique learning profiles of each patient.
- Provide therapy sessions according to the treatment plan, monitoring progress and adjusting therapy as needed.
- Document and analyze patient progress, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate with families and other staff members to ensure effective collaboration and support.
- Consult with physicians, school districts, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure to practice Speech Language Therapy in the state of Ohio.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in English, including reading, comprehension, and understanding.
- Completed FBI and BCI background check.
