Job Title: Pediatric Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Psychologist to join our team at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. As a Pediatric Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to children and adolescents, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of behavioral health needs.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in child and adolescent psychology, with experience in conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing evidence-based interventions. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments of children and adolescents
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address behavioral health needs
  • Provide evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and family therapy
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families
  • Participate in clinical supervision and training of psychology interns and postdoctoral fellows
Requirements:
  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an APA/CPA accredited program
  • Completion of an APA accredited child internship
  • Georgia licensed psychologist
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in providing family therapy and counseling
  • Experience in writing and research
