Job Summary:We are looking for a Registered Nurse RN with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and families, and to contribute to the development of our unit's nursing practice.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Participate in the evaluation of current and future medical needs of patients, and assist in creating and managing nursing care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of unit-based quality improvement initiatives.
- Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Massachusetts.
- BLS (AHA/ARC) ACLS required.
- 2 years of Critical Care experience preferred.
Full time - 36 hours - Nights, Every Other Weekend/Holidays.
