Cortica is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to fill the role of ABA Supervisor. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional care to children with neurodevelopmental differences.

About the Role:

The ABA Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing clinical programming for patients receiving applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment. This includes completing assessment and treatment plans, providing direct clinical and supervisory support to teammates, and ensuring quality clinical care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Provide supervision and guidance to Behavior Interventionists and other team members
  • Collaborate with the ABA Site Manager to optimize supervision and parent training hours
  • Participate in insurance authorization reviews and department meetings
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of safety initiatives

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a human services discipline or related field
  • Current and unrestricted license and/or certification required to practice within the clinical domain
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with autism and knowledge of ABA practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
