We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Companion to provide essential support and companionship to our clients in their residences. As a Home Care Companion, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and clean environment, while also engaging in various activities to promote the client's physical and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Perform homemaking activities, including:
- Vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Preparing meals and snacks according to instructions.
- Performing errands and/or providing transportation.
- Providing companionship, including accompanying clients on walks, trips to social/recreational activities, and assisting with hobbies.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other caregivers.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile.
$13.00 - $16.00 per hour
