Ambulatory Care Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Ambulatory Care Coordinator to join our team at Cook Children's. As an Ambulatory Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our outpatient pediatric practices. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with the coordination of patient care, including scheduling appointments, preparing patients for procedures, and communicating with healthcare teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate patient care activities
• Schedule appointments and prepare patients for procedures
• Communicate effectively with healthcare teams
Requirements:
• High School diploma required
• 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
Licensure and Certification:
• Current BLS Certification required
• National certification preferred
