Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at Lombard Place Assisted Living & Memory Care. As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable dining experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct residents to their tables and present menus in a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Suggest dishes and assist in drink selection to ensure a personalized experience.
  • Communicate specific resident orders using our state-of-the-art point of sale system.
  • Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Knowledge of food service procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends.
