Job Description

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Agape Care Group, you will evaluate patients, create care plans, and coordinate care with patients, their families, and the care team. Our mission is to provide compassionate care and meaningful experiences to patients facing life-limiting illnesses.

You will serve as the driver of our care team to ensure every patient receives quality care. We are looking for registered nurses who are committed to creating meaningful patient experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
  • 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
  • Reliable transportation
