Chambersburg Nursing & Rehab is seeking a Full-Time Registered Dietitian to join our team in Chambersburg, PA.

About the Role

We are committed to providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients and residents. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our patients are met.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement nutrition care plans for patients and residents
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective nutrition care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutritional interventions
  • Provide education and instruction to patients, families, and caregivers on nutrition and diet
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and licensing boards
Requirements
  • Registered Dietitian, licensed and/or certified, as required by the state of employment
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting or as a consulting dietitian preferred
  • Experience working with geriatric populations is a plus
