We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Rouj Creole. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve our goals.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of craft beers, wines, and classic cocktails.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a bartending or serving role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
