The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our clients. Key Duties:
  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries
  • Schedule appointments for routine, urgent, and surgical visits

  • Exhibit compassion and empathy towards clients and their pets
  • Respond to phone calls and emails promptly
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Welcome all visitors and ensure they feel valued as they arrive
  • Assist in training new team members
  • Confirm appointments using the client's preferred communication method
  • Understand practice logistics to support technical staff when necessary
Qualifications:

  • Experience in a veterinary setting or a customer service role
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Compassionate demeanor with the ability to maintain professionalism in challenging situations
  • Proficient in telephone and computer skills
  • A collaborative team player eager to learn and adapt
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Practice Management Systems
