About the Job

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join their team for a travel assignment in a short-term acute care hospital setting.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and operating MRI equipment to produce accurate diagnostic images. This is a 13-week assignment with a competitive pay package and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes.
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
  • Transport patients as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • One to three years of experience as an MRI Technologist.
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions.
  • PC skills.
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment, pushing, pulling, and bending.
