Wireless Sales Associate Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on wireless products and services.
  • Drive sales and customer satisfaction by focusing on the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Conduct calls to customers to educate them on our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Perform operational procedures, including store opening and closing responsibilities.
  • Meet and exceed sales performance goals while maintaining a positive attitude and high energy level.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours and a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel approximately 10% based on business needs.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
