Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Critical Care Nurse Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing patient care provided by the healthcare team using a professional practice model. Your responsibilities will include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses.

As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist, you will conduct detailed clinical assessments, prioritize patient and family needs, create, implement, and evaluate care plans. You will work closely with colleagues and community members to empower patients, families, and staff with knowledge for better healthcare choices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Prioritize patient and family needs, addressing urgent situations promptly and efficiently
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective communication and seamless care transitions
• Educate patients, families, nurses, and community members on disease prevention, management, and treatment options
• Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, treatments, and technologies to provide evidence-based care
