About the Role
This Senior Software Development Manager opportunity at Thomson Reuters presents a chance to lead and develop a technical engineering team across multiple initiatives. As a key member of our Product Engineering - Accounting & Tax Practice, you will manage and provide technical support, driving innovation and efficiency through advanced engineering practices and processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a long-term technology strategy aligned with the organization's goals, preparing the team for scalable growth. You will also lead the adoption of new technologies, mentor and develop team members, facilitate strategic partnerships, and drive the technical roadmap.
