As a key member of the St. Joseph's Healthcare System team, the Cardiac Cath/RT Lead Tech plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. This position requires a high level of expertise, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Lead the daily activities and radiologic procedures within the department, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
- Act as a resource to other staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Directly responsible for all radiolographic and archiving equipment, ensuring quality control and record keeping are done in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of two years of experience as a Cardiac Cath/RT Tech, with a strong background in radiologic technology.
- A degree in Radiologic Technology or a closely related field, with a focus on leadership and management.
- Current licensure in Radiologic Technology in the State of New Jersey.
- ARRT (American Registry in Radiologic Technologists) registration.
