Job Summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Aid to join our team at Greystone Farm. As a Licensed Nursing Aid, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents in a warm and home-like environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
  • Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support
  • Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care
  • Perform other duties as needed

Requirements

  • Valid LNA license required
  • Prior experience in an assisted living community, with memory care experience preferred
  • Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment
  • Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
  • Willingness to learn
