Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team. This role involves providing exceptional care to our patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About the Emergency Department:
Our Emergency Department is equipped with 12 beds, including three specialized trauma beds, designated OB/GYN, cardiac, and obstetric rooms, as well as eight medical beds. We serve a wide community, being the nearest hospital for Polk County and several surrounding areas.
Role Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will:
- Deliver care to a diverse patient population.
- Manage critical cases as we are a designated STROKE, STEMI, and Trauma Center.
- Collaborate with a team that utilizes evidence-based practices to develop effective care plans.
Professional Development:
We emphasize continuous education and mutual support among our staff to enhance critical thinking and proficiency in nursing skills.
