Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide professional, courteous, and efficient nursing care to meet the needs of our clinic patients.

This includes collecting data for patient needs and relaying them to service providers to ensure that the clinic functions effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Rooming patients and assisting in the float station
  • Administering injections, phlebotomy draws, and performing EKGs
  • Communicating with patients and patient's family to provide advice, patient education forms, and ensuring completion of appropriate patient forms
  • Complying with procedures and policies to ensure a safe work environment and compliance with OSHA standards
  • Performing other related duties as assigned
  • Traveling to other locations as needed
Requirements
  • Licensed by Minnesota Board of Nursing
  • CPR Certification, required within one month of employment
  • Reliable and motivated team player who wants to make a difference in the lives of our patients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to develop rapport and maintain positive relationships with a variety of patients, staff, and physicians
  • Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks
  • Work successfully with diverse populations and demonstrate commitment to promote and enhance diversity and inclusion
