Hospitality Ambassador

MAD Eats is seeking a skilled and welcoming Guest Experience Coordinator to provide exceptional service to our guests. As the first point of contact, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring a memorable dining experience from arrival to departure.

• Guest Greeting and Seating: Warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and oversee seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Special Requests and Accommodations: Address and accommodate special requests, dietary needs, and seating preferences to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Communication and Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between guests and restaurant staff, ensuring clear and effective communication to facilitate efficient service and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Front-of-House Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the guest reception area, manage dining menus, and ensure all front-of-house materials are up-to-date and well presented.
• Safety and Compliance: Monitor and maintain compliance with all restaurant safety standards and sanitation regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.

• Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a hospitality role, with a demonstrated ability to engage and satisfy guests.
• Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting warmly and effectively with guests and team members.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring all aspects of the guest experience are managed effectively from cleanliness to personal interactions.
• Flexibility and Teamwork: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and adapt to changing business needs, as well as the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive workplace.
