About the Role

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding outlets onto steel pipe to serve the fire sprinkler industry, performing specialty welding tasks, and inspecting work for defects.

Responsibilities
  • Weld steel pipe to meet industry standards
  • Perform specialized welding tasks, including spooling and flanging
  • Inspect work for defects, dimensions, and alignment
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Report equipment malfunctions and safety issues
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of welding experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload
  • Attention to detail and demonstrated integrity
  • Desire to learn new skills and thrive in an inclusive environment
