Job Title: Dental Hygienist

Howard Family Dental is seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide necessary information to dentists through x-rays, verbal communication, and other dental tests to assist with diagnosing dental treatment.
  • Perform comfortable periodontal evaluation, general scaling, scaling, and root planning for all patients.
  • Complete all clinical notes according to practice guidelines before dismissing patients.
Qualifications:
  • Dental Hygiene Certificate/Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
  • Active dental hygiene license issued by the state board.
  • Desirable qualifications include Associate or Bachelor's Degree, Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide certification, General Supervision Privileges, CPR Certification, Hepatitis B Vaccination, Intraoral Camera, Caries Detection, Velescope, Open Dental Software, and Digital Radiograph Technology.
