Cybersecurity Director Opportunity

Delaware North is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Director to develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a cybersecurity strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and risk management framework
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cybersecurity engineers, promoting a culture of professional growth, operational excellence, and innovation
  • Architect security infrastructure and consult with solutions owners to ensure security designs are aligned with business needs
  • Organize security technology roadmaps and manage key cybersecurity projects, ensuring they deliver value and enhance the security posture
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate cybersecurity considerations into the company's strategic planning and daily operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information management, computer science, business administration, risk management, or a related field
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and CISA preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of information security experience with a minimum of 3 years of management experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, incident response, and threat intelligence practices
  • Extensive experience in the design and implementation of security architecture frameworks and standards
