We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical Unit at St. John's Episcopal Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care and develop individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess for any changes or concerns
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care
- Administer medications and perform various medical procedures as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
- Active RN license
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical/surgical setting
- Minimum 1 year of experience in coronary care practice
