Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Residence Inn Salisbury. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for balancing revenue and settling accounts nightly, maintaining files, and resetting the system for the next day of operations. You will also perform Guest Service Agent tasks and duties, including responding to guest inquiries and resolving complaints.

Key Responsibilities

Balance revenue and settle accounts nightly
Maintain files and reset the system for the next day of operations
Perform Guest Service Agent tasks and duties
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints
Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment

Requirements

Previous night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training required
Computer knowledge/Excel and arithmetic skills required
Ability to work a varied schedule, including holidays and weekends
