Our multidisciplinary team consists of board-certified psychiatrists, licensed registered nurses, and certified professional counselors, all of whom are experts in the field of chemical dependency. We are committed to offering comprehensive and compassionate care in a nurturing environment, guided by a thorough understanding of the disease process and a 12-step philosophy.

As a Registered Nurse in our ADRC, you will engage with complex medical histories and innovative treatment modalities, ensuring comprehensive support for our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering direct nursing care in alignment with established protocols.
  • Monitoring, documenting, and communicating patient conditions effectively.
  • Developing and implementing patient care plans.
  • Administering prescribed medications and treatments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, thrive in a dynamic environment, and demonstrate critical thinking abilities to advocate for patients' best interests. Additionally, you will provide emotional, spiritual, and psychological support to those in your care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring effective communication.
  • Evaluate and update care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Coordinate care among various disciplines for seamless patient support.
  • Administer medications and treatments per nursing protocols.
  • Assess and address patient discharge planning needs.
  • Provide educational resources and validate patient understanding.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through education and clinical practice.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
  • Experience in acute care settings is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires a full range of motion, including the ability to lift and handle patients, as well as standing and walking for extended periods. You will also need to work under potentially stressful conditions.
