We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Support Specialist who will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations in our back office. This individual will be responsible for supporting sales personnel, managing orders, tracking jobs, and providing top-notch customer service. A background in customer-facing roles, preferably in the retail or jewelry industry, is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between sales personnel and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.

• Manage order placements, track job progress, and maintain up-to-date status reports.

• Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and sales personnel.

• Coordinate with vendors, handling purchase orders and delivery schedules.

• Participate in sales and product training to maintain up-to-date product knowledge.

• Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts and understand customer needs to help tailor our offerings accordingly.

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of amazing customer service protocols and procedures.

• Perform tasked projects given by leadership.

• Assist with inventory management and data entry.

• Day work accountability and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a support role, preferably in the retail or jewelry industry.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Proficiency in using computer software, including MS Office.

• Experience in a customer-facing role and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
