- Communication: Maintain effective communication with residents, staff, and external parties, and ensure that all correspondence is handled in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Soft Skills: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure, professional appearance and demeanor, and ability to be resourceful, tactful, and proactive.
Physical Demands: The physical demands of this role include the ability to move intermittently throughout the workday, speak and write the English language in an understandable manner, cope with mental and emotional stress, and function independently with flexibility and personal integrity.
