Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. This role will play a pivotal part in enhancing our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, as well as our talent management practices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
- Partner with the Chief Human Resources Officer and other senior leaders to review and improve policies, practices, and procedures with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Build and source a diverse talent pipeline and develop targeted recruiting efforts.
- Support the development of employee professional development initiatives and trainings.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources Generalist to develop and implement proactive talent management strategies.
- Develop and deliver diversity, equity, and inclusion training programs across the organization.
- Support ongoing professional development opportunities for all staff.
- Continuously develop and improve succession planning efforts across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree or related experience in human resources, organizational development, psychology, learning and development, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience supporting or leading talent management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to exercise discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
- Capacity to plan, organize, and prioritize work while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable.
