Position Overview:

Peak Performance Sports & PT, an esteemed partner in physical therapy, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to enhance our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and coordinate comprehensive patient care in alignment with clinic policies, ensuring top-tier quality in a secure environment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to uphold professional standards in physical therapy practice.
  • Utilize independent judgment to oversee the physical therapy services provided by assistants and aides.
  • Engage in the orientation of new staff and students, and take on leadership roles as necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional patient assessments and care in accordance with established protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to maximize care outcomes.
  • Evaluate the educational needs of patients and their support systems to enhance care benefits.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in clinical techniques relevant to diverse patient populations.
  • Identify safety risks and implement necessary precautions.
  • Exhibit leadership skills in delegating tasks and educating team members.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.
  • Optimize patient scheduling and productivity metrics.
  • Flexibility to travel to various clinic locations as required.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Valid Physical Therapist license in accordance with state regulations.
