Cocktail Connoisseur

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Uncle Julio's, a leading Tex-Mex restaurant chain. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting a wide range of cocktails, from classic to innovative, using high-quality ingredients and techniques.

• Cocktail Creation: Develop and serve unique and delicious cocktails that showcase your mixology skills.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, engaging with them, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar station, including stocking and replenishing bar supplies.
• Inventory Management: Prepare garnishes, fresh ingredients, and house-made syrups for cocktails.
• Product Knowledge: Educate guests about our cocktails and provide information about our Tex-Mex cuisine.
• Point-of-Sale Operations: Handle cash and process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the sale and service of alcohol.

• Bartending Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting.
• Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Mixology Knowledge: Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and engaging personality.
• Multitasking Ability: Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations related to the sale and service of alcohol.
